OPTION 1
Half Day from £775
The simplest setup enabling you to share a small conference for 4hrs max.
This package includes:
- 1 Camera Operator/Broadcast Engineer
- 1x Full HD broadcast quality camera with super zoom lens for wide and tight shots.
- Radio mics for crystal-clear audio
- Our high-speed bonded internet connection to ensure a rock-solid live stream.
- A personalised private webpage with an embedded video link to share for access to the stream with upon booking.
- An unlimited number of viewers.
- A recording of the conference
OPTION 2
Full Day from £1790
Ideal for those who require streaming with multiple cameras and multiple speakers
This package includes:
- Everything in Option 1 plus additional camera operator
- Extra camera angles to capture the event.
4x Full HD broadcast quality cameras for different angles -
For example a close shot of the lectern and a wide shot of the venue.
The operator will switch between these as appropriate.
OPTION 3
Bespoke
If neither option 1 nor 2 meets your needs.

Our Live Streaming and Videography Process
At Conference Live, our live streaming process is meticulous but stress-free: we will deliver your event online with the maximum professionalism but with the minimum disruption to your day.
Fixed Prices
Our fixed-price live streaming and recording packages for a 50-2500 seater venue include:
- 2 to 20 broadcast cameras vision mixed live with onsite producer and director
- Full A/V setup to requirements
- Multiple streams if required
- Full audio setup including radio microphones and audio engineer
- Access to Vimeo Premium live streaming content delivery network. Don't settle for second best.
- Fully bonded internet connection (call us and we will explain). Trust us, this is vital.
- Embeddable video player for your existing website.
- Payment gateway if required to charge for access.
- Provision of the recorded event as well as social media highlight clips
Our prices are fixed with no extras, no add-ons and no hidden fees.
